Disgusting Soapy Chicken and Stinky Coleslaw

Good day<br> <br> We purchased a 6 piece family feast from your branch last night between 9 & 10 pm last night. <br> <br> Both the food and service was appalling!!! Not only were we advised about the waiting time 10 minutes after placing the order. The coleslaw was off (expiry date 20/04/2016) we received chicken that had a terrible soapy taste. One could swear that the chicken had been cleaned in soapy water or that the utensils used were not rinsed properly. While the bad service at this particular KFC is nothing new the food served was disgusted. <br> <br> As a result my family and I went to bed feeling nauseas. <br> <br> I trust this complaint will not go unnoticed. <br> <br> <br>
