Disgusting services and no feedback response
3days ago i went to parchase a meal at N1 city Value Centre.When i got home with the meal i have found that the chicken was sold to me was over fried,so dark brown in colour,hard to bite it and had a disgusting smell.I have logged a complaint to KFC 3 days a go i have attached pictures as proof and slip as proof of parchase,and my contact number.No proper feedback only sms that with the case number nothing else. This is disgusting,for Kfc selling such a nonsense.Not taking pride in their brand and the value for money of their customers.I feel ****** by KFC *****ing my money and sell me Sh***t.My family went to bed on a empty stomach bcz of you!!!???

06 May 2019, 11:23KFC never bothered to respond what a bad disgusting service...will never visit KFC again,i hv informed my family and friends about this behaviour and stupid service.
