disgusting service yet AgAin

On 14/01/16,my husband and I decided to pop in at thiS brAnch to buy supper for us And our fAmily.Got to the cashier who told us strAight,that there wAs no chicken and that they were not going to make any either. We left feeling very dissapointed and upset,as this was not the first time that this has happened. On. Previous occasions,we've had problems with service,product quality and with the fact that this particular branch always is closing up to 2 hours ealier than advertised. It was about 25 mins before closing time(19h30),and we were more than prepared to wait for the hot and fresh product we deserve. We're both love kfc,and this branch is close to home,so its convenient to buy there. Complaining to careline on previous ocassions don't help,as they only do it again. Not only to me,but plenty of others potential customers. I've had enough of this. I'm awaiting a response,and not just some half-hearted apology by the store manager again,who at the time time of the the incident was not seen, action needs to be taken against staff and mod alike. Thank you
