disgusting service offered to a pregnant women in KFC Golden walk

I have never experience such terrible, extremely disgusting service from KFC Golden walk on the 17th December 2025 i went to buy breakfast i had to wait for just a brekkie meal for 45 minutes while the staff were having a meeting in front of our eye, there were over 20 order waiting and people where complaining. today i decided to send the lady that cleans our office to go buy for me the same meal, he also waiting the same time i even had to leave the office and find out why she is not coming back. when i arrived i noted that that she is still waiting for the order and i decided to order a crusher , paid for it went straight to the till and the lady's there didn't want to he;p, one kept some you do it no you do it. when someone finally decided to do it she then says there are no ice there is no lemon. same thing happened on the 17th i wasn't told there is no ice i was just given a plain crusher. while the lady wasn't doing up and downs i decided to leave i means what in the world is the service we are getting when we are using our money to buy? the worst part is that i am visibly pregnant and they no care in the while i need to wait 45 minutes just to get breakfast which also something is not there. when i left they just looked at me without being bothered and i guess they will drink the crusher themself. its a shame because my office is just opposite them and i will never step foot there ever again.
