Disgusting service offered by KFC delivery and customer care

Complete and utter disregard for their customers. Me buying from them ever again is completely out of the window.

I made an online purchase via the app and paid in full. The app also has a space where you can make a note for the delivery driver to be aware of. I left an access code to ensure that there is ease of entry, it disappoints me to say that this was completely useless. He didn't care to read the comments and cancelled my order as I didn't have my phone with me. I now have tk wait 14 days for a refund. The atrocity is that KFC takes no responsibility and sag that I have no choice but to wait for the refund. My family was hungry then and they just couldn't care. I have a few choice words I really want to use but have to remain civil and not use vulgarity to get my point accross
