Disgusting service KFC Brakpan

Good day To my absolute disgust to find that kfc steels my money. We ordered a family meal we also ordered an extra mash which is not included in that meal as it was an extra which I paid for. The manager came to our car to hand our meal and told us that everything was in there we dont have to worry. On arrival at home we found no mash and a piece of chicken was raw. I phoned kfc brakpan and spoke to a lady and was told that her driver will deliver. It's now a month later and I still have not received a response or a call back saying I can come and collect the money for extra mash. I hope you understand the above and this matter will be resolved within 24hours.
