Disgusting service. Inexcusable attitude from from Staff

KFC Malvern your service is disgusting. I have thought about this several times before posting but the service and attitude I recieved from this branch today was inexcusable. It takes alot for me to be ****ed off and I do understand that people sometimes have a bad day but the lady named Nokubonga needs to go back for more training. She was in a foul mood and took it out on the customers. Not just me but the rest to follow as well, then proceeded to speak in Zulu to her colleagues and supervisor about me. I do understand abit of the language and understood that she was indeed very irritated to change 1 little item on my order. I let it slide. But I thereafter noticed the same attitude towards other patrons. Especially an elderly women that simply questioned her change. This is what prompted me to post this up. Thereafter the staff were highly confused and mixed up most orders, and leaving out items in some. Really guys please tag the manager of this branch your staff needs to be abit more organised and they need alot of training! We are not queing for free meals after all. It is our hard earned money.
