I made an order through the drive thru and made a payment via my bank card only to be told that the payment is "hanging" I need to make another payment for the order to go through. I told them the payment went off from my card and it hasn't been reversed therefore I cannot make another payment. I was rudely told there's nothing that can be done by the manager on duty Thembekazi Who spoke in a condescending manner and rudely walked away from us while we asked for our money back I cannot begin to explain the disgusting manner in which they spoke to me and will never purchase anything from this outlet KFC has officially lost me and my family
