Disgusting service from Phindile

I have never been disrespected in my life by Phindile the manager at KFC Mabilo Zambezi. I have never seen such a extremely rude.

She doesn't deserve to be in that position.

I bought food and normally I drink hot water with it and after the other manager explained to me they can't give me water cause they had an incident.

I was ok with it and then I said can I get my refund.

Phindile and the other manager refused to refund me. I only left with my receipt and that's it.

She even refused to lend me her pen so that I can write her name down. Luckily I saw her name tack and I wrote it on WhatsApp cause I was on the call with my friend.

I hate KFC cause I am so hungry now
