Disgusting service from kfc

We ordered from kfc online and paid via debit card on 4/8/2021 they took the money and never delivered the food and we failed to contact them cause they don't answer the fones when we called the branch they answer but obviously can't hear cause their fines don't work properly now when we trying to get a refund it's a problem
