Disgusting service from Colorado Mitchells plain

I have been placing orders online through out the lock down period.. only in the lasst week now i am being told orders close off at 18.00 with no notification on the website. The Colorado Park Mitchels plain branch are a bunch if lazy people. They dont want to help you and fjnd excuses all the time. We are on level 3 now. They close at 08.00 but tell me they cant process my order . And they dont have stock... disgusting for such a big brand. And when you ask for managment you are told.. she is not available. Sickening. To say the least.
