Disgusting service for the second time

I would like to report bad service from KFC. This is my second encounter. 1st it was KFC Cresta where they didn’t put a chicken patty in my burger which I had requested from Uber eats. This time I ordered a fully loaded box which had a burger 1 chicken mash and gravey, cold drink and chips from Jabulani Mall. To my surprise my food had no chicken but the full amount was debited from my card. I’m so furious cause I gave them a second change but the restaurant service is still disgusting. I want this to be delt with asap. I’m very disappointed as this used to be my favorite takeaway restaurant from childhood. Ps: the food was also delivered by Uber eats.
