Disgusting service

Made an online purchase for their breakfast,also paid online.Which said I can collect my order after ten minutes @ 07:45,when I arrived at the KFC they had not started with my order also met a very rude lady who not dismissed me while trying to explain.I also now have to wait for my money as they can’t “just refund clients”
