Disgusting service ever

I ordered food at kfc akasia at 13:26pm,the call center agent informed me that the food will be delivered in the next 45 minutes. I waited until 2:30pm and gave them a call again to inform them that my order has not been delivered. The call center agent told me that the driver was on his way to my house. At 3pm I gave them a call and told them that I'm just 3 min away from the restaurant and the driver has not yet arrived and the agent told me that she does not know what time did the driver leave however she gave me the managers cellphone numbers. I called him more than 10 times but he never answered his cell phone. I then drove to the restaurant and told them that I have been waiting for my order for over 3 hours that was around 3:30pm I was then told that the manager will be called. I was so angry and the manager told me that he was calling the driver and the driver said he was in Rosslyn not close to my place. I was disgusted and angry mind due I was starving to death plus I'm pregnant. I waited in my car for another 20 min waiting for my food and only to get cold chips and my order. I paid 119 which I believe it includes delivery which was not even offered. And this was the second time I was charged delivery while I went to collect my food. I want an apology and a complementary food for my troubles. I cannot allow this.
