Disgusting Service

I am absolutely disgusting by the service I received from KFC Heidelberg Mall as I was there around 16:00. The staff there is absolutely rude and they do not care about customers at all. No one is bothered to call out order for collection nor assist customers at the kiosk machine for those who need help. I had to go and ask for my order as no one bothered to assist in asking what my order no is. I walked up to the lady and asked her how do they operate cause there are orders that are out but no one is calling them out for collection. She said to me that if I want my order I'll tell her, she is just there to help she is leaving so if I want my order I should tell her. She was very rude and I was absolutely disgusted by her behavior as she continued talking to her fellow colleagues making comments and laughing at me.

If this is the type of service you provide to you customers then you are setting up for failure. KFC Heidelberg Mall stuff is very rude and service customers as if they are doing them a favor. I'm really disgusted and absolutely disappointed by the service I got and the place was also a mess chairs where all over the place and it was dirty. How do you serve food in a place like that and also have stuff that is rude to customers. I would not recommend that specific outlet to anyone at all as it is not the first time I have encountered this with the same outlet.
