Disgusting service

My partner and I visited the new KFC at Mall of the South and we received disgusting service. The staff completely forgot about our order and they were bust chit chating and laughing. After a long while I went to them to find out if my order was ready and they kept asking what I ordered and they went at the back and I heard one of the telling the other to prepare my food. I am extremely disappointed because I was excited since we didn't have KFC close by, but by the looks of things it seems that the staff is *********** and lack good customer service!!!!
