Disgusting Service

On Sunday afternoon 9 August I visited the KFC branch in Vredenburg. I opted for the Drivethrough as the store looked quite busy. Well, we waited for almost 45 mins. I could not turn around and leave as I was sandwiched between 2 other cars. Eventually I placed my order of 1 Zinger burger and an "All in One " which should comprise of 6 pcs of chicken, 2 x fries, 2 x coleslaw and 2 x mash. When I ordered, I asked if they could replace my tomato on the burger with a slice of cheese. I was told that I would have to pay for it as lettuce and tomatoes are free. I then paid R3.00 extra for it. When I got to pickup window, I was told she had no s****s for mash and coleslaw...fine, not a trainsmash. When I went through my bag, there was no coleslaw. When asked about it, I was told therey had none. If I did not ask, she was not going to tell me. I asked for the tomato sauce which is a stand with your fries. They had none. It was only when I said I will rather cancel my order that she offered to give me 2 pops in lieu of the coleslaw ..My bill was almost R180.00. The fries were bone dry and cold. No satchets of salt, no serviettes, the pops I think were probably a week old. I threw them and the fries away. What a disgrace and ******* and vile service. The burger was falling apart and it was soaked at the bottom. A month ago we also went there and the chicken was rotten. It had a foul smell, but because I live out of town, I did not want to drive all the way back. This branch should be closed down. The attendants wear head coverings, but they are constantly scratching their heads and weaves. I am close to writing to the newspaper about my experience and poor service at that branch.
