Disgusting Service

Last week Friday the 25/03/22, i placed the order online at 12.00 pm, i was advised my order will be ready at 12.56 pm which was very late but understood ever since i normal take my lunch break at 13.00 pm. 12.56 pm comes , received an sms says my order has been cancelled. No one told me why it was cancelled, no refund , nothing till today. i am very disappointed with your service. i want my money to be in my account to before the end of today.
