Disgusting Service

I ordered lunch Online on Friday, I received a notification that my food was delivered which I didn't receive. I called through to customer care they apologized and offered to give me a voucher they said with the voucher I can go in store to collect. Which was already and inconvenience as I ordered this vir delivery for a reason.. I checked my account I checked my email but I even received no voucher from them!

I am absolutely disgusted by the service really the lady even gave me the wrong email address!
