Disgusting service

I've been to KFC Avonwood on the 11/03/2026, I've placed my order placed my order on the machines and got the sms at 18:29 pm. I only left the branch at 19:34 pm. I've spoke to the manager when I reached waiting 30min already for my order and I asked her how long am I suppose to wait for my food and she said she's busy working on the orders. The staff is blaming each other for not giving the orders out. The 2 ladies thats working in the front is giving customers attitudes and when you ask them foe something they turn their backs on you and ignore you. I've called the manager again after waiting an hour and then she asked me for my order number which is 1862 she checked and the order was done but none of the ladies called my number and I've been standing and waiting the hole time. I said to her that their service is poor and that she need to address her staff that's properly trained with customer service cause if they had been they would have handled their delays in giving service to the customers better. You can never have staff that's wanting to blame each other for bad service.

Also after waiting for longer then an hour for food I got home and the zinger burger meal I've ordered had zinger sauce on after my order said clearly swop zinger sauce for Cornell sauce.

This is the worst service every and for a manager not to be able to see what's your team is doing wrong is pethetic.
