Disgusting service by KFC Beacon Bay

I have never experienced such rudness and disrespect like I did at KFC Beacon bay East London from lady hading out orders by the name of Zandele when I ordered a basket for one, I went to answer my phone out side when I when I returned from a phone call with my order number she shouted at me asking where I was and that she has given my order to someone else there so I must wait until other order is made if I still want food, I requested to see her manager but instead the team leader showed up i told her what had happened and I asked for her manager she told her manager was no available it not the first I received shoddy service at the very kfc, I hope action will be taken about this, as I am not the only complaint about the this lady by the name of Zandile she very rude i am so disappointed because I love kfc but on Thursday I wouldn't say the same.
