DISGUSTING SERVICE - BEING IGNORED

<p>Last night at the brackenhurst kfc, I drove just past the speaker box too quickly and couldn't reverse as another car behind me already started there order. I drove up to the window and explained and the cashier told me she couldn't help me, I must please drive and let the other car pass cos they ordered. so I drove to the collection window and asked to speak to a manager. I was ignored 3 times. eventually another cashier came to me and said she cant take my order, I must go drive around and stand in the queue again and would not let me speak to a manager. How is that service ? I couldn't reverse and the first cashier saw the whole thing happen and did not try and help. The service was disgusting and your staff are extremely rude and arrogant. as a result of this I drove away with a hungry and miserable child.</p>
