Disgusting service

Upon placing an order via the Mr D app, I get a notification of the confirmation for the order as well as the email confirmation and a message confirming funds have been deducted, only 2 wait 1 and a half hours for the delivery which by then still was not delivered. I called the call center only to be told that I have to wait 2 hours for my food. Even at capacity which restaurant ever takes 2 hours to deliver food !!!! KFC VERULAM NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT AND NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO RUN THE STORE PROPERLY!!! PATHETIC!!!!
