Disgusting service at KFC Power Park

Good day,

I'm a very unhappy customer right now, I arrived at KFC Orlando Soweto, the one close to Power Park, I found the door open and walked to place my order. I was then told by Aneswa Mjeli that there was no meat and I requested for a manager who came and her name is Lerato Mokwena, she was also very rude in telling me there was no meat and there's nothing she can do, I proceeded to complain that told them that the last time a I laid a complain with the head office they told me that there is no way KFC could ever run out of meat. She said that is not true (Lerato) and they don't have meat and I should leave, they called the security who came and wanted to attack me with a chain which had a door lock as well. I was shocked at the kind of treatment KFC staff give their employees, i was even afraid for being attacked for raising my concern. I am honestly disgusted of the service I received from your store and hope that you will handle this matter urgently. I love supporting but if this is the kind of service I will get each time, you have honestly lost me as a customer.
