Disgusting service at KFC Dlamini Junction

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at KFC Dlamini Junction. The drive-through appeared to have been intentionally switched off. When I asked a staff member, Veliswa Dlamini, about it, she called the manager, Patricia. The manager arrived and resumed operating the machine without offering any explanation. When I asked what the issue was, she responded with an attitude, saying they were short-staffed and that I would still have to wait for the meat, with nothing she could do about it. This level of service is unacceptable and very discouraging.
