Disgusting service at KFC 24 hr drive thru Emmarentia

I am extremely disappointed in the horrific service I just received at the KFC 24 hour drive thru in Emmarentia.. They should not promulgate a 24 hour service if they cannot deliver accordingly! I arrived drove to the first point at the drive thru and after assessing the menu was ready to place my order only to hear non-stop babbling in the speaker, whilst I kept saying hello to no avail, I then out of frustration hooted to get their attention after minutes of delay. Then the voice of Nxabile Moloto barked thru the speaker at me shouting why am I hooting, to which I respond but you weren't reacting to me as a customer. He proceeded to tell me that this is KFC's business which negates my role as a paying customer, he also referred to me as "brother" is this cos I am black? Furthermore he was extremely rude to me.
