Disgusting service and rude manager

My experience at this place was appalling, I drove to the drive through and ordered a 21 piece bucket for R250.. Left and came home to enjoy with my family to discover that the chicken had a off putting smell to it and so i packed it back in the box to go show the store and get a refund because that was disgusting and not what KFC promises its customers(quality) and when I came to the store I was greeted by the jnr manager who took the chicken and after some time came back and told me they can only give me some of my money(R210) back because the chicken was eaten(pieces missing or smtn) which is not at all satisfying for me, I drove 9km to get the chicken and drove the same rode another 3 times to and fro(already a waste of my time and petrol and on top of that their chicken was off, then I had to deal with the rudest manager with NO sense of customer service or respect who told me hes not going to give me anything extra and when I asked for he's name he pointed at the board and told me I can go tell whoever(disgusting attitude) I am a loyal client to this brand and I don't expect to be treated the way he and his shop did
