Disgusting Service and Food from KFC Brackenfell

Good Day

On Friday 30 October 2020 I went to KFC Brackenfell for the first time ice our country has been hit with Covid19 Lockdown. I could no longer contain my cravings for Zinger Wings and Snack burgers so that is exactly what I went to get, a 24piece Zinger Wing Bucket and 3 Snack Burgers. Let me just say disappointment was overwhelming to say the least! The wings had absolutely no flavor what so ever! Is was disgusting actually! It literally tasting like crispy flour, NO FLAVOUR NO SALT NO SPICE…. NOTHING!... Just a crunch. Neither my husband, nor son or myself could eat it, it was repulsive! I was really very unhappy and I immediately called the store to complain but the first 3 times I tried calling there was no answer. When I finally got through I was asked to hold and they never took my call as the call was ended from their side. I think this is really unacceptable since people spend their hard earned cash on this place but receive less than edible goods. Honestly not satisfied by the service or goods I received.
