Disgusting service and food

I went to a KFC in Bridge City 2 i think this is a store number-KSA1123 , firstly i placed my order from the kiosk, it was a Streetwise kleva and a Krusher so when i got to the till to pay ,i request that the sunriser be cancelled the cashier by the name Ntokozo told me , we cant cancel the order from the kiosk , when processing your order there you better know what you want ???? Ayboo okay thats no way to speak to a customer , i got my meal the meat was disgustingly wet it was like they cooked it and closed the lids while its still hot and literally i didnt enjoy the food i bought , please improve the quality of service and the food!!!!
