Disgusting Service and burnt food smelling old oil

I ordered a meal at KFC Dwarsloop which was burnt and tasted and smelled like old oil. I took videos and pictures and send in my complaint on Facebook and they kept saying i will be contacted and to date nothing. I then went on Twitter and no luck there as well.

To my surprise i have now received an sms stating that they are cancelling my case as they have tried to contact me and it’s all a lie. They are now ignoring my messages from social media.

I’m honestly shocked, disappointed and disgusted to say then least at the treatment and how their complaints department handles customers complaints.
