Disgusting service and attitude

I went to KFC Main Rd Tokai this evening. I waited in the queue for 20 minutes only to be told that the credit card machine was not working. I then ordered zinger wings and wad told there were none available. I asked why no one had put up a sign to inform customers the card machine was not working but I received a mere blank look. I proceeded to then order a zinger burger and chips. I waited another 20 minutes after which I queried why it was taking so long and that I would like to see a manager. All she could say to me was "sorry." I eventually left with my order only to discover when I got home that it was incorrect!!! My name is Arthur and you can contact me on ********** 191.
