Disgusting service

I placed my order at 7pm on you on line app. I got there at 7:38 to pick it up however was told that il have to wait like every other customer. So i waited for 50 mins waiting for my order. Please explain to me how is that i place my ordwr at 7pm but people walking into the store to place their order left before me? When i asked to speak to the manager this rude woman told me she is the manager. She had no name tag on and continued to speak about me in Xhosa to other customers and mocked me thinking because im coloured i wouldn't understand her. I understood every word of what she said and to be very frank im disgusted in the staff etiquette for 1. As i stood there i watched this lady treat the uber and mr delivery guys with such disrespect, she taped the kfc bag with the kfc tape and threw the bag at them. On delivery guys said to her not to through the food because their are people who less fortunate than her. She turned around and said voetsek. She then prepared my order and threw my food around to and stared me down. The lady at till apologized. By then i was to furious to be decent and just left. When i got home i found that my order was wrong, in stead of a 10 piece family treat i got a 8 piece, my fries was laying in the bag, not in the fries holder my cold slaw was laying on the junior burgers. I called the store and everytime the call was disconnected and i realused afterwards that she was the one disconnecting my calls because everytimebthe phone would ring she disconnected the call. I spent R224. 90 at your store on Friday night and i am absolutely ****ed. Iv paid less for a meal and was treated like royalty. I want my money back. I dont want a voucher nothing just my money because from placing my order at 7 to leaving the store 8:30, being treat like **** by your staff member to being mocked by your staff member and getting customers involved, to your app being absolutely useless because i could have gone in the store and just gotten the same treatment. Your app serves no purses just like the horrible service i recieved last night.
