DISGUSTING SERVICE

I went to the KFC Ottery branch and took advantage of the Tuesday special and once again this branch has disappointed me with the quality of service received. I ordered the Tuesday special with a large chips. I requested extra serviettes and chilli salt. the attitude i received just for asking was disgusting. I took my order and left. When i got home and finally sat down to eat, there was no chips and the chicken was oily and there was pieces of chicken with parts of the batter missing. The transaction number - 265786 inv ***
