Disgusting Service

I ordered online via the KFC app at 17:56 pm and I received an order as well as the delivery expected time which was 18:20pm, when the expected delivery time passed by 5 minutes I thought maybe the driver was caught in traffic and I tried calling the store and the number was not going through, the reason far calling the store was I couldn’t get hold of the driver on the number that appeared on the app. I called the customer care line and to my biggest suprise the agent told me that the order was cancelled with no explanation given to me😡, I’m disappointed, besides not getting what I ordered, I am also getting my money in the next 7 days, how inconvenient, furthermore we will not have supper at home because of KFC.
