Disgusting service

<p>I went to the KFC drive thru at Orlando, Soweto to buy two classic twisters, colonel burger and the boxmr. As I was about to pay I saw a note that if you are using a card you must go into the store and pay. What surprised me is that the car that came before me was given a speed point when it was time to pay. I then went into the store after placing my order and was expected to stand in the queue with patrons that were not at the drive thru. On top of that I had to wait from my order from a lady called Nhlanhla for over 20mins after she was told by Andiswa that drive through orders should not be delayed. After all of this the boxmaster wrap and the twister wrap were burnt(I have pictures) and my iced coffee was melted ice cream. How are we expected to support local business with such ***** service and is my money worthy of that kind of service?</p>
