Disgusting service

On Saturday night my friend and I went to KFC (based in Dobsonville) to purchase just a streetwise 2 , my GOD the service there was **********. We got there at 21:21 and only received our order at 21:55( we ended up opting for something else because we were only informed after complaining that they are still preparing chicken.)

One of the ladies who works there by the name of Thandeka found our complaints very amusing, she didn’t have the decency to apologize for making us wait for so long, instead all we got was disgusting attitude.

I don’t understand why people who deal with customers on a regular basis lack customer service s****s.
