Disgusting service

Made an order with Uber via the app. And when I had to get my food the shop they told me they were closed but refused to cancel my order meaning I paid for food I didn't receive.... The worst part is the staff members attitute especially the manager who ignored us blatantly and had so much attitide im so disgusted by her attitude they even closed the shop while we were standing there and they switched off the lights. I'm so livid!!!!!!!!!!!! I need someone to deal with this woman (manager)
