disgusting service

This has been my third experience at the same KFC that I have recieved the worst service one can ever get, I wonder really what management is at when such is being done if it is not that the order is wrong or the bread rotten this time around it was the no care attitude attributed by the staff and this is always with the people during the weekend and the late shift between 8pm and 11pm at night they are not only rude but also don't care what or listen to what the customer is asking for or saying the order comes back late and wrong and they just don't care can anyone with managerial skills and people skills intervene clearly the manager there is care free and more people within the wooded area and Buccleuch experience such HELP HELP
