DISGUSTING SERVICE

yesterday i went to kfc tokai and waited an entire hour for a meal... many of the other customers in the store demanded their money back due to this and when we asked to speak to the manager, he just said that they are short staffed but in the meanwhile, all the drive through orders are getting done but no one is focusing on the customers in store and then the staff became abrupt with the customers because they were becoming impatient. obviously the manager cannot manage his team and delegate... the service was terrible and if its not that then they are always short of something eg: coleslaw ... if a manager cannot manage a team then he/she should not be a manager!
