Disgusting service

Morning, we were at the KFC in Umhlanga rocks drive on Saturday afternoon, we ordered hot wings and some chips, we waited for our order for quite some time, only to find out that she packed our food in the bag but called the incorrect number, when we went up to ask for our order, she shouted at us and said she has been calling the number for some time and when we told her no, you didn't, as our number just went from the one side of the order board to the collect side, she kept shouting at us, loudly that we are in the wrong and to take our food and go, we will NEVER go there again, we've had poor service there many a time, but being shouted at, it was disgusting, we will be tweeting and telling everybody about that and make sure ppl we know never go there again, shocking and disgusting!!! our Doc #IN0004T*** the lady that took our order was Sphokazi
