Disgusting service

KFC Wilrogate has the worst service ever, where instore, whatsapp order, online or drive thru the service is a nightmare, I made an order @7:30 today and estimate time was 8:00pm, driver advised me at 8:00 that the order is still not ready which I didnt mind waiting. I waited and waited the times just keeps on changing and I am writing this review and still waiting for my order whch tey are still busy preparing when I ask. The last time I went in the store I at for almost an order, I made a whatsapp order got confirmation to go collect and when I got there nothing was prepared, the staff kept going up and down and there shop was empty, when they realised that I am writing a complaint they apologised and offered me ice-cream to not send through the complaint. I also used the drive -thru and was asked to park on the side only to attened to after 30 mins. Please intervene with the wilrogate branch as its just pathetic and disgusting service ever.
