Disgusting service!!!

This morning I went into KFC to grab breakfast, please understand that it was with a heavy heart as I had a disgusting service and terrible attitude from the staff in the last two weeks. I ordered a simple meal...and once again my food was wrong. Waited so long the food was cold. I cringe at the thought of having to go there, unfortunately its the closest to my place of work. And i dont have the time to run up and down and do there jobs for them!!! I am very disappointed and disgusted by the service and quality of the product.
