Disgusting service

I arrived at KFC camperdown in pmb Kzn on my way to Durban to buy a 21 piece bucket I arrived there at 18.17 pm queue was moving a bit slow at the till there was a lady by the name of Nosipho I finally got to buy at 18.17pm where I was no.348 following an Indian gentleman who was buying 2 buckets we waited and they called out 347 then when the lady whose us at the back if she could take out the bucket they said no.I'm not sure if they were aware that I could here them.she continued with all other orders where the 2nd set of meat came out but they just pushed the other orders with no update for me.The meat got finished then I had to wait for the 3rd set of meat meaning I had now waited another 15 minutes for a 3rd time.This time a Zinhle came from the back at they all laughed saying the person who bought the bucket we sure is pale by now ( umuntu othenge ibhakede uphashile manje saying it in Zulu by Zinhle) which made me realise that all of this wait they had done it deliberately. I only collected my order at 18.52 from 18,17 which resulted in me being late for my appointment in durban. In between they had special orders from other people who were just coming in and leaving their monies and coming to collect later and these orders were placed separately for these certain people.I live Pietermaritzburg but I would lI've and come and buy my KFC in from this KFC be cause their service was soo exceptional but this was my last time visiting this KFC and I will also make sure that I tell this experience to other people.
