Disgusting service

The worst service ever, every time I come to this KFC I am sure of 30 minutes to an hour wait. The staff is so relaxed I don't even know why they call it a fast food restaurant. The service is so disgusting. When you try to complain they give you all sorts of excuses and tell you how they are not wrong.
