Disgusting service

I am appolled at the customer experience I have received today. I have a 4 year olds birthday, with family and friends over. I had placed and order at 5:40pm and it's now 7:58pm.i have been phoning the call centre and the store which has given replies as 10mins more till the driver reaches, the driver is delayed and twice cut the call cause I was being ridiculous on the number of times I called. This service is a waste of time and money. The disgusting service made a few of my guest leave without a meal. Such a big franchises with no service delivery
