DISGUSTING SERVICE

its been almost 3 months and still having an issue getting my money back from KFC. I spoke to the manager about 2 weeks ago who was so sorry and was sorting it out and will call me back. Bull i am still waiting for Stevan the manager to call me. That branch should be shut down because the management is a joke. KFC is a multi million rand company that rips of its customers and takes forever to give back the money. I am allowed a report every 5 days. I will remind the customers every 5 days starting from today.
