Disgusting Service

The KFC on the south part of Umhlanga Rocks Drive has disgusting service. The Manager and front row staff should all be fired.<br> <br> The shop was closed due to load shedding and there was a sign on the window apologizing and said the store would open at 18:30, 18:35 and the store still closed. Then someone taps on the door. They come around take the sign off and change it to 19:00.<br> <br> ***, no explanation. Just change it and walk off and leave about 20 people outside gob smacked. It would have just been so simple to open the door and tell the people why so they could have gone somewhere else. Not leave us standing outside for 20 minutes waiting and now having to wait a further 25 minutes.<br> <br> Everyone is effected by load shedding, it's Sunday night. Kids are at home hungry but this KFC does not care.<br> <br> When knocking on the door they just waived there arms at us telling us basically to stuff off.<br> <br> PS: there power was on also..... <br> <br> KFC, you will never see my business again and I was a big supporter of your franchise.<br> <br> Absolute disgusting...???
