Disgusting Service

I have placed an online order for delivery on the 30th January at 13.32 and still KFC hasn't done anything about it. No food, no refund, absolutely nothing. Order number ***.

I have phoned the KFC call-Centre four times and still no luck.

I have tried calling the store, KFC Faerie Glen, on many occasions but their phone, *** (as listed on the web-site), simply doesn’t work.

I did receive one call from their call centre requesting proof of order and proof of payment. This was done the same day. I was advised that it will be taken up by their Head-Office.

If this is the way KFC handle their customers I’m simply not going to buy anything from KFC ever again. It is disgusting to say the least. All my family and friends will be advised accordingly.

Since you don’t seem to be interested in delivering my food I’d like to know what you are going to do about the money we paid for this non-existing service?
