Disgusting service

My partner has gone to KFC Ottery branch as he goes each and every odd night to order the one thing he likes the most. A crunch burger, the patty dunked in Dunked sauce for an extra r5.

Today he has visited your drive through once again only to be told no you guys don't do this. He has placed the order with the same sales person at the window each time he comes there. He asked to speak to the manager and the manager was extremely rude saying we don't do this and closing the window in his face.

This is extremely unacceptable as he constantly supports your branch.

How is this possible that one night you do it and the next you don't. I would like this explained.
