Disgusting service!!!!

I ordered lunch online order number (Nomsa***) and the wrong order was delivered didn't accept the order as it was not what I had ordered. Called the restaurant and the phone just rings and no one answers, then gets disconnected called the customer care and I was told a formal complaint was going to be logged against the store and promised a reference number to be sent to me via sms, 30 minutes later no reference number. I call the customer care again got through to Allice who was very rude and not willing to assist at all who the decided to get into an argument with me instead of assisting me, overall the service on both restaurant and customer care is disgusting, wont be using the service again!!! Logging a complaint on their website also was with no luck and a waste of time because after completing the complaint it tells you someone will be in touch shortly but 2 hours later still no response from KFC.
